	on the data there. In the lower right corner are the key salary deficiency for the current 9 mo.:-$1,054,730 or
	or -4.4% or -$2453/FT Fac. member. For 10.5 mo. the deficiency would be currently greater than these 9 mo.
	deficiency numbers. For FY-03(see lower right corner)the projected 9 mo. salary deficiency needing removal
	for 430 FT Faculty members is:-$1,818,168 or - 7.9% or ~-$4228/FT Fac.member. For FY-03 the salary deficiency
	is greater for 10.5 mo. The deficiency needing extermination is :  $1,818,168 X 1.1666 = 2.12 Million.
	Note summer is 1/6 or 0.1666 added to the 9 mo. salary.
	So, in FY-03 we need this 10.5 mo. amount of total increase =						$2.12 MILLION			+ 7.9 %
	ACC faculty have been undervalued and a underclass for 28 years. Extermination of this below fair market value
	salary deficiency issue in the Texas Community College Industry is essential and long overdue.
